SD Association The organization stated that the new generation of SD-card will support 360-degree video, 3D technology and 8K-video recording at a speed of 90 MB / s. Next edition of SD-card will receive an index of 5.0. The new card will be marked with a special stamp Video Speed Class. Values in the latter can be many: from V6 (speed of 6 MB / s) to V90 (90 MB / sec).
Maps, appropriate classes of V60 and V90, supports video-shoot 8K, while the carriers more than low-grade limited to support for recording 4K-video.
Among other technical improvements, which will appear in the SD-card of the fifth generation, it should be noted the presence of increased memory blocks 512 MB. It will work with the SD-card faster, and allow write data alternately in eight streams that will be especially important when shooting 360-degree video.
